My goal is to provide a collaborative, supportive, and understanding environment focused on your growth, development, and recovery. I approach therapy with respect for the importance of care in multiplel ife areas: biological, psychological, cultural, relational, and spiritual.

 

I strive to provide affirming, accepting, and inclusivecare that celebrates each persons’ many identities and unique life experiences.  I have experience working with children, teens, adults, older adults,and families with a variety of challenges. Some of my areas of focus include depression, anxiety, grief and loss, romantic relationships, and multicultural challenges.

 

No matter what your current struggles are, I am here to assist in your healing and growth.  I am a trained Mindfulness therapist and love to see people regain control of their lives through self-acceptance and understanding. I have experience with multiple modalities and am excited to work with you to develop a treatment plan that works for you.
