Therapist

Rebecca Harames, ACMHC

Rebecca is a warm, collaborative therapist who works with couples, families, individuals, and children, with a special passion for supporting adults and couples in their journey toward greater connection and self-understanding. She has experience helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, relational challenges, and life transitions, and she’s committed to ongoing learning to better serve each client’s unique story.

Rebecca creates a nonjudgmental, supportive environment where clients feel safe exploring their inner world and interpersonal dynamics. She draws from a variety of evidence-based approaches—including Narrative Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy—tailored to each client’s goals. For couples, she often incorporates the Gottman Method to strengthen communication, trust, and intimacy.

In every session, Rebecca brings curiosity, compassion, and a collaborative spirit. She gently challenges clients when it supports their growth and helps them move toward healing, resilience, and a deeper sense of self.

Outside the therapy room, Rebecca enjoys hiking, reading and listening to audiobooks, and engaging in creative hobbies like embroidery, making friendship bracelets, and learning to play the ukulele. She believes that change is always possible—and considers it an honor to walk alongside clients as they take meaningful steps forward.

Specializes in:
