Alex Pack, CSW

Therapist

Alex Pack is an MSW intern at the University of Louisville and an executive function coach who is passionate about helping clients reclaim hope, build self-compassion, and reconnect with their strengths. Alex works well with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and ADHD, and especially enjoys supporting LGBTQ+ clients seeking affirming, collaborative care.

Using a mix of mindfulness, person-centered and solution-focused strategies, as well as building and improving executive functioning, Alex strives to make therapy a place where you can be celebrated, challenged, and supported at your own pace. She believes that therapy works best when it’s collaborative, empowering, and rooted in self-compassion and harm reduction.

Alex helps clients build resilience and awareness while honoring the complexity of their experiences. Whether you're navigating life transitions, societal expectations, or internal struggles, Alex brings warmth, empathy, and openness to every session.

When not in session, Alex is an ambivert who thrives on both connection and downtime. You’ll often find her at the beach, paddleboarding, playing pickleball, or lounging in a hammock. Indoors, she’s diving into a craft project, exploring virtual worlds in video games, or curating the perfect playlist.
