Hi, I’m Mikelle! I’m a trauma-informed therapist with over 10 years of experience supporting kids, teens, adults, and parents through anxiety, trauma, depression, grief, and all the messy in-between moments of life. My goal is to create a space where you (or your child) feel safe, supported, and genuinely understood—no pressure, no judgment.
I have a special place in my heart for working with parents, especially those raising children who have experienced trauma. Parenting can feel overwhelming fast, and you don’t have to figure it out alone. I also love working with kids and teens, helping them learn coping and emotion-regulation skills in ways that are engaging, age-appropriate, and even a little fun.
I specialize in trauma, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, self-harm, and relationship concerns, and I use evidence-based approaches like TF-CBT, DBT, TBRI, and integrative techniques. I always tailor therapy to fit you—your needs, your pace, and your goals.
