Kaitlyn Bodily, AMFT

Therapist

Kaitlyn is a down-to-earth, client-centered therapist who creates a safe and collaborative space for individuals, couples, and teens (13+) to explore, heal, and grow. She believes therapy works best when both client and therapist can show up authentically—and she brings warmth, creativity, and a sense of humor to every session.

Clients working with Kaitlyn often describe feeling like they’re sitting with a human first, therapist second. Whether you're navigating big life transitions, relational challenges, or healing from past wounds, Kaitlyn meets you where you are and helps you reconnect with your strengths. Her approach is flexible, trauma-informed, and grounded in open, honest conversation.

Kaitlyn uses a range of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Restoration Therapy. She also incorporates creative interventions such as sandtray, art, and play when appropriate to deepen insight and expression.

She especially enjoys working with women exploring identity, self-worth, or recovering from religious trauma, and supports couples from all backgrounds in strengthening connection and emotional safety.

Outside of the therapy room, Kaitlyn enjoys hiking new trails, reading fiction, cross-stitching, and treasure-hunting at local thrift shops.
