Therapist
Welcome! I’m here to offer a compassionate space where we can work together to navigate life’s challenges and explore what it means to truly thrive. If you’re feeling weighed down by anxiety, struggling with thoughts of depression or suicide, or feeling anger or helplessness about the world’s injustices, you don’t have to face it alone. I work alongside teens, young adults, and queer individuals, providing a safe and affirming environment to unpack the complex experiences that shape us.
I believe in the power of community and connection as tools for healing and change. Using approaches like narrative therapy, person-centered care, crisis intervention, and intersectional feminist frameworks, I’ll help you build on the strengths you already have and develop new skills to navigate life’s twists and turns. Together, we can work toward creating a life and a world that feels more authentic, sustainable, and just. In my spare time you will find me reading fantasy books (check out the Green Rider series), acrylic and watercolor painting, camping, doing mutual aid, and I looove glitter!
It’s not always easy to ask for help or be vulnerable—it takes courage to take this step. But change is possible, and you are absolutely worth the time it takes to grow. Let’s walk this path together, and I’ll be here to support you every step of the way.
Feel free to reach out or book a session through my website—I’d love to hear from you!
