Recognizing your worth can feel incredibly difficult when you’re facing anxiety, depression, trauma, or feeling overwhelmed by life’s challenges. I believe that everyone has the capacity to grow, heal, and build a fulfilling life—especially when they feel supported, understood, and safe. I was drawn to this work after seeing how stigma, neurodivergence, and lack of access to support can prevent people from getting the help they deserve.
I provide a compassionate, collaborative therapy space where clients feel empowered and respected. I work with children, teens, and adults, supporting emotional regulation, coping skills, and healing at a pace that feels right for each individual. My clinical focus includes anxiety, trauma, and neurodivergence, with additional training in EMDR and selective mutism. I take a neurodiversity-affirming approach and enjoy working with young adults, individuals with disabilities, and the LGBTQIA+ community.
Beginning therapy can feel like a lot, especially if you’re unsure where to start. You don’t need to have everything figured out before reaching out. I work alongside clients to navigate uncertainty, clarify goals, and move forward in ways that feel safe, supportive, and sustainable.
My sessions are relaxed, judgment-free, and rooted in trust. I prioritize comfort and accessibility from the very first session and can provide fidget tools, snacks, hygiene products, and other accommodations as needed. You never have to talk before you’re ready, and you will never be judged for what you share. Come as you are, we’ll move at your pace.
Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, painting, going to concerts, collecting vinyl records, reading, and spending time with my pets and partner.
