I’m Erin Parker, an ACMHC with a passion for guiding individuals of all ages and backgrounds towards a happier, more fulfilling life. With a warm and empathetic approach, I am dedicated to creating a safe and supportive environment where you can openly explore your thoughts, feelings, and challenges.
My counseling philosophy is rooted in a person-centered approach, where you are the expert of your own life. I aim to create a warm and non-judgmental environment where you can freely express your thoughts and emotions. Additionally, I integrate evidence-based Cognitive-Behavioral techniques and mindfulness practices into our sessions, empowering you with effective tools to manage challenges and enhance your well-being.
If you're struggling with anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, or life transitions, you're not alone. These challenges are a part of the human experience, and I am here to help you navigate them. Drawing from my experience and training, I will tailor our sessions to address your unique situation and needs, empowering you to regain control over your emotions and actions. I work with clients across the age span from adolescents to adults.
I understand that seeking help can be a courageous step, and I am committed to creating a safe and nonjudgmental space for you to explore your thoughts and emotions. My approach is founded upon kindness, care, and empathy. Together, we'll build a foundation of trust where you can freely express yourself and find solace during life's uncertainties.
