I’m Kirsten Jacobson, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Layton, UT. I am here to guide you through life’s most complex and difficult matters. I truly care about my patients’ well-being and guarantee top of the line counseling and psychological services catered to their needs.
I have been in practice since 2010, after graduating from Arizona State University. With specialized training, I have a focus on treating trauma through the use of EMDR. I offer a warm and caring environment to help you feel safe in confronting some of the most difficult things in life.
I am honored to take this journey with you, and am amazed by the resilience I am able to witness in sessions.
When not in session, you will find me working in theater directing music or performing, or hiking the mountains with my little family.

Jeanine Sparkman, CSW

Jeanine is a warm and compassionate therapist who works with children, teens, and adults. She specializes in helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, and eating disorders. Jeanine creates a supportive, inclusive environment where clients feel safe, heard, and empowered to grow no matter their age or life experience.
Jeanine uses a blend of evidence-based approaches tailored to each client’s unique needs. Her training includes Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Play Therapy. She combines these with a client-centered, relational style, integrating psychoeducation, mindfulness, and attachment-based strategies to support long-term healing and resilience.
Whether working with a child processing big emotions through play, or an adult healing from trauma, Jeanine meets each client with empathy, creativity, and deep respect. She believes therapy should be flexible, collaborative, and grounded in trust while helping clients feel understood and equipped with tools to navigate life’s challenges.
Outside of the therapy space, Jeanine enjoys spending time with her two children and pets. She loves being outdoors, caring for her growing plant collection, and exploring creative hobbies like painting, writing, and music. Jeanine also has a soft spot for animals in need and actively supports the welfare of strays in her community.

Alex Pack
MSW Intern & Executive Function Coach
Alex Pack is an MSW intern at the University of Louisville and an executive function coach who is passionate about helping clients reclaim hope, build self-compassion, and reconnect with their strengths. Alex works well with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and ADHD, and especially enjoys supporting LGBTQ+ clients seeking affirming, collaborative care.
 
Using a mix of mindfulness, person-centered and solution-focused strategies, as well as building and improving executive functioning, Alex strives to make therapy a place where you can be celebrated, challenged, and supported at your own pace. She believes that therapy works best when it’s collaborative, empowering, and rooted in self-compassion and harm reduction.
 
Alex helps clients build resilience and awareness while honoring the complexity of their experiences. Whether you're navigating life transitions, societal expectations, or internal struggles, Alex brings warmth, empathy, and openness to every session.
When not in session, Alex is an ambivert who thrives on both connection and downtime. You’ll often find her at the beach, paddleboarding, playing pickleball, or lounging in a hammock. Indoors, she’s diving into a craft project, exploring virtual worlds in video games, or curating the perfect playlist.

Rebecca Harames, ACMHC

Rebecca is a warm, collaborative therapist who works with couples, families, individuals, and children, with a special passion for supporting adults and couples in their journey toward greater connection and self-understanding. She has experience helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, relational challenges, and life transitions, and she’s committed to ongoing learning to better serve each client’s unique story.
 
Rebecca creates a nonjudgmental, supportive environment where clients feel safe exploring their inner world and interpersonal dynamics. She draws from a variety of evidence-based approaches—including Narrative Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy—tailored to each client’s goals. For couples, she often incorporates the Gottman Method to strengthen communication, trust, and intimacy.
 
In every session, Rebecca brings curiosity, compassion, and a collaborative spirit. She gently challenges clients when it supports their growth and helps them move toward healing, resilience, and a deeper sense of self.
Outside the therapy room, Rebecca enjoys hiking, reading and listening to audiobooks, and engaging in creative hobbies like embroidery, making friendship bracelets, and learning to play the ukulele. She believes that change is always possible—and considers it an honor to walk alongside clients as they take meaningful steps forward.

Kaitlyn Bodily, AMFT

Kaitlyn is a down-to-earth, client-centered therapist who creates a safe and collaborative space for individuals, couples, and teens (13+) to explore, heal, and grow. She believes therapy works best when both client and therapist can show up authentically—and she brings warmth, creativity, and a sense of humor to every session.
 
Clients working with Kaitlyn often describe feeling like they’re sitting with a human first, therapist second. Whether you're navigating big life transitions, relational challenges, or healing from past wounds, Kaitlyn meets you where you are and helps you reconnect with your strengths. Her approach is flexible, trauma-informed, and grounded in open, honest conversation.
 
Kaitlyn uses a range of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Restoration Therapy. She also incorporates creative interventions such as sandtray, art, and play when appropriate to deepen insight and expression.
 
She especially enjoys working with women exploring identity, self-worth, or recovering from religious trauma, and supports couples from all backgrounds in strengthening connection and emotional safety.

Kira Tadehara, LCSW

Welcome! I’m here to offer a compassionate space where we can work together to navigate life’s challenges and explore what it means to truly thrive. If you’re feeling weighed down by anxiety, struggling with thoughts of depression or suicide, or feeling anger or helplessness about the world’s injustices, you don’t have to face it alone. I work alongside teens, young adults, and queer individuals, providing a safe and affirming environment to unpack the complex experiences that shape us.  
I believe in the power of community and connection as tools for healing and change. Using approaches like narrative therapy, person-centered care, crisis intervention, and intersectional feminist frameworks, I’ll help you build on the strengths you already have and develop new skills to navigate life’s twists and turns. Together, we can work toward creating a life and a world that feels more authentic, sustainable, and just.  In my spare time you will find me reading fantasy books (check out the Green Rider series), acrylic and watercolor painting, camping, doing mutual aid, and I looove glitter!

I’m Ariane Phelps, CSW, and I’m dedicated to supporting individuals through their mental health journeys. I work with children, teens, and adults, specializing in helping clients overcome trauma, navigate relationship difficulties, and discover their best selves. My practice is especially inclusive of LGBTQIA+ clients, and I offer both individual and couples sessions with a warm, empathetic approach.
In my therapy, I use a range of trauma-informed techniques, including EMDR, TF-CBT, DBT, Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Gottman therapy. My focus is on harm reduction and fostering secure attachments. I strive to create a safe, supportive environment where we can celebrate your progress and work through challenges together at your own pace.
Outside of therapy, I enjoy lifting weights, diving into a good book, and watching TV. I love spending time with my dog, two cats, and a snake, and am eagerly awaiting the chance to expand my pet family when I have more space. She graduated in 2025 with a degree in Business Administration from BYU–Idaho and has been keeping things on track ever since. Whether you're calling with a question, navigating insurance, or just need a friendly voice, Liz is always happy to help.
