Executive Functioning Coaching
Embark on a journey of growth and empowerment with executive functioning coaching.
Designed for kids and teens aged 8 to 18, our program uses "The Real Life Executive Functioning Assessment" and "The Real Life Executive Functioning Workbook" alongside insights from "Atomic Habits" by James Clear and "Tiny Habits" by BJ Fogg. We add a dash of fun and creativity—our version of “magic”—to tailor strategies for your child’s unique neurodivergent mind.
As a certified executive functioning therapist with a Bachelor's in Psychology from UVU, I help young individuals enhance skills like planning, organization, and time management. My coaching combines serious skill-building with enjoyable, engaging methods to support your child's academic and personal growth.
